Cleopatra, the last Pharaoh of ancient Egypt, left behind two daughters: Selene and Aelia. After 30 years, they return to Egypt to unveil their mother’s secret burial site. Selene has mastered the dark arts of magic in Rome and resurrects her mother seeking the gift of Isis. However Selene’s deep desire for retribution turns savage as she manipulates both her sister and mother through mind and movement. Swept into her own spell, the result is a surrealistic nightmare.

‘Save Your Self’ dance film in series ‘Queen of the Sky, A Demon Ballet’
After attempting a world flight, and ditching over the pacific, the lone female pilot finds herself amidst feral beings stalking her in the shadows of Bikini Atoll, a radioactive island. These beings telepathically manipulate her thoughts and movement; generating a deranged dance as she battles to gain control of her wits.
“Save Your Self” is the first episode directed by Craig Baurley in a series entitled “Queen of the Sky, A Demon Ballet”. Anne-Marie Talmage (America’s Got Talent, Diavolo) combines her highly athletic movement practices with choreographic support by Lydia Purves-Ware. Joe Kaplan composed the equally virtuosic score with Cellist April Guthrie and Violist/ Violinist Lauren Baba. Livya Howard-Yashar lends her voice to breathe life into the creatures and performance.

In my senior year at The North Carolina School of the Arts, I served as production designer on a 20 minute 16mm short film titled "Booth." This is considered my thesis production and had to be followed up with documentation. This page features some of the highlights. For BOOTH I designed and built a Gypsy Fortune Teller's Fantasy Layer and recreated a section of Ford's Theatre. I also oversaw some optical effects and the dressing of a number of location sets.
